Use of ApnaJhola requires verification through a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws.

3. Platform Nature

ApnaJhola operates as a hybrid e-commerce platform. Certain products are sold directly by ApnaJhola, while others are sold by independent third-party sellers. The seller responsible for each product is clearly indicated on the product detail page.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices, product details, and delivery timelines may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. ApnaJhola does not store full payment card or banking information.

6. Delivery, Returns, and Refunds

Delivery, cancellation, return, and refund conditions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

All content available on the app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to ApnaJhola. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Products sold by third-party sellers are the responsibility of those sellers. ApnaJhola acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions, logistics support, and communication where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability
