Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item should be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, labels, and tags should be intact
- The invoice or order details should be available for verification
- The return request must be raised within the return window shown in your order details
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or other restrictions. These include:
- Groceries, food, and perishable products
- Personal care and hygiene-related items
- Innerwear, intimate wear, and similar categories
- Customized or personalized products
- Items specifically marked as “Non-Returnable”
3. How to Request a Return
- Open the ApnaJhola app
- Go to “My Orders”
- Select the item you want to return
- Choose “Return Item”
- Select a reason for return and follow the on-screen steps
Return availability may vary based on product type or delivery location.
4. Return Pickup
Where available, we arrange return pickup through our delivery partners. Pickup timelines may vary based on your location. You will be notified once pickup is scheduled.
5. Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected:
- The refund will be initiated to your original payment method
- Processing usually takes 2–3 business days after approval
- Banks or payment providers may require an additional 5–7 business days
- You will receive a notification once the refund is issued
6. Refund Amount
- Full refund is provided for items found to be defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges are refundable only in cases where the item was defective or wrongly delivered
- Cash on Delivery (COD) service fees, if any, are non-refundable
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item:
- Submit a return request for the original item
- Place a new order for the item you want
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos to help us verify the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund after review
9. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Contact customer support immediately
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging
- We will arrange for pickup and deliver the correct item where applicable
10. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible
- If you refuse delivery, the item will be returned and refund processed once confirmed
